DDP ANNOUNCE BROADCAST LEVEL VIDEO COURSE

This extensive broadcast level course comprises many modules including Treatment, Storyboards, Script writing, budget, pre-production shoot schedule, interview techniques, editing, sound effects, narration, camera techniques and style.

Using a whole range of cameras including the Sony Z1 inside a Gates housing you will learn how to make a documentary from start to finish. Jennifer Dowling will be handling the pre-production co-ordination, managing your budgets, time deadline and story concept with Jonathan and Simon acting as Commisioning Editors for your scripts. Once passed, you will then head out with one of our land or underwater team to get the shots you need to create a broadcast level documentary. Over the next few weeks, you will piece together in the edit suites, with advice from our editors, the shots incorporating background music, special effects, interviews and sound effects culminating in a special evening showcasing your work to the island.
